2. Sores in the mouth

While having sores in the mouth is not that uncommon, if the sores last for more than a week, then this is a visible sign that a dental examination is needed.

3. A broken dental implant

When someone has one or more dental implants and one of them is broken, then a dental exam is necessary as a broken dental implant needs to be fixed by a dental professional as soon as possible.
